How Great Canadian Rewards Works at Elements Casino
We use a national rewards program at Elements Casino, known as Great Canadian Rewards. Whether you go in Ontario or over in British Columbia, it works the same way. Our program rolled out back in August 2022 and covers 12 Ontario sites and multiple British Columbia venues.
Each time you play, you build up two things – Tier Credits and Comp Dollars. Tier Credits move you through our levels. Comp Dollars, think of them as spending money for dining, drinks, or hotel nights right at the casino. We’ve set five different status levels: Club, Preferred, Premium, Summit, and Elite by invitation. Each tier opens more benefits.
We break the rewards calendar into two halves. Credits collect from April 1 to September 30, then again October 1 to March 31. If you want to keep your tier, you’ll need to re-earn those credits every cycle. We know, it’s a bit of a sprint, but those are the rules. Comp Dollars are easier going – don’t worry, they stick around in your account as long as you keep it active.

Problems and How to Handle Them
Forgot your PIN? Enter the wrong one too many times and your account locks for safety. Check your card for the number, and sort it out through support or right at the desk.
If your Comp Dollar total looks weird, open your portal and check transactions for mistakes or delays. Missing Tier Credits from a recent session? Sometimes they show up after a night, especially if it’s a busy period.
Lost a card? Tell us right away, we’ll block the old one and get a replacement mailed out. Your balance and status aren’t going anywhere.
